The promotional emails for educational programs and support groups in the KY/IN regions, as well as the Live Webinars and Programs by Phone, were significantly improved through a comprehensive redesign:
- A - Old Programs Page: The chapter’s programs page originally hosted links to a Word document (B) that listed all the programs for the current month in specific regions, which limited accessibility and ease of use.
- C - Development of New Template: During the migration to Kentico CMS, I developed a responsive email template that aligned with the new website design. The updated webpages and emails are now visually appealing and easier to read, enhancing the overall user experience.
- D - Enhanced Registration Process: The new email design includes direct links to register online for all programs, replacing the outdated Word document that offered no links and required users to call an 800 number for registration. This change streamlined the registration process and improved user engagement.
These enhancements not only improved the visual appeal of the emails but also made accessing and registering for programs much more convenient for users.
