The Programs by Phone initiative underwent a significant evolution:
- A - Original Programs by Phone Page: Initially, this was a static page on the Illinois Chapter’s website.
- B - Enhanced Programs by Phone Page: I updated this page within the old environment, implementing a new interactive layout with expandable/contractable accordions, consistent branded colors, speaker photos with bios, registration buttons, and play buttons for accessing past programs.
- C - Standalone Website (alzphoneprograms.org): The page later expanded into its own dedicated website, alzphoneprograms.org, serving webinars in collaboration with the Kentucky and Indiana chapters. I started with a bootstrap template and customized the layout, color scheme, and functionality to meet the specific needs of this platform.

The Programs by Phone website included features to enhance user interaction and streamline registration:
- A - Collapsed Content View: This view showed key information with the option to expand for more details, keeping the page visually organized.
- B - Expanded Content View: When expanded, users could access additional content within the same page, improving navigation and accessibility.
- C - Registration and Program Selection Process: New users registered and selected specific programs to attend, while returning users simply signed in with their email. After registration, users received a confirmation email with program details, and the webinars manager was notified to follow up with participation instructions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for attendees.

The Programs by Phone site offered access to past recordings with tracking features for user engagement:
- A - Past Program Link: Users could click a link to access recordings of previous programs, which opened in a new window.
- B - Program Recording Window: The recording would load in this new window, with clicks monitored through Bitly links for engagement insights.
